Hello, amazing soul! Today, I want to chat about something that's been circling in my thoughts lately: gratitude. As a passionate coach involved in hypnosis, psychology, spirituality and personal growth, I've noticed that being thankful is one of the best practices to deeply influence your life.

Why Gratitude?

So, why focus on being grateful? Well, gratitude is the key to feeling good emotionally. It shifts our thoughts from what we don't have or want more of, to what we already do have. It’s a way to stop, take a breath, and be in the now. Gratitude isn't just about understanding our physical world; it's also a deep spiritual experience, something I've always found fascinating.
